Enterprise Sales Worst Practices

It has now been a full three weeks since I returned from the most wonderful European Identity Conference. In this time period, I received over 3,000 email messages and over 49 voice mails of which all but a small percentage was worthwhile.

The biggest annoyance was all the sales people who first sent an email and then also followed up with a voicemail. If they wanted me to spend time understanding their value proposition, they can now assume that they have been swiftly moved to the bottom of the pile...
