OWASP AppSec Europe 2009
With the economy in decline, many large enterprises have scaled back the ability for their employees who seek to continue learning to be successful. In the field of security, this practice is especially wreckless in that threats change at a moment's notice. One cannot expect to be a competent security professional without staying current.
