Agile Manifesto 2.0
- Make business aware of programming and programmers aware of business
- Accept the reality of change and embrace it rather than resist it
- Personal responsibility beats external control
- Structure is essential to success, but heavy bureaucracy is not
- Software development should occur via empirical process control rather than defined process control
- Planning is everything, but the plan is simply the starting point
- Perception management is important, treating others like they are human and rewarding them for their dedication and integrity is more important
