Agile Manifesto 2.0

- Make business aware of programming and programmers aware of business

- Accept the reality of change and embrace it rather than resist it

- Personal responsibility beats external control

- Structure is essential to success, but heavy bureaucracy is not

- Software development should occur via empirical process control rather than defined process control

- Planning is everything, but the plan is simply the starting point

- Perception management is important, treating others like they are human and rewarding them for their dedication and integrity is more important
