Classifying Enterprise Architects
Some enterprise architects in the blogosphere talk about enterprise class software, others talk about knowledge management, others still talk about SOA. There are even folks who are passionate about making enterprises suffer with heavyweight processes. In order to under each of their perspectives, maybe it makes sense for them to declare what they do on a daily basis via percentage breakdown...
For example, a webmaster may look something like:
30% Technology Expert (expert in HTTP, HTML, etc.)
30% Process or Content Administrator
20% Visual Designer
20% Domain Expert

10% Troubleshooter
40% Domain Expert
30% Technology Expert
5% Implementor
15% Analyst
