  • Classic
Glad someone in the blogosphere understands that the current mode of Business/IT alignment simply is marketecture and is not sustainable

  • Why IT Executives aren't embracing Agile
The funny thing is that agilists think that lack of staff turnover is a good thing. Most of them need to work in large enterprises to understand why this may not be a good thing.

  • Own Your Architecture
The funny thing about words is that they can be twisted to mean something different. I wonder if own is directed at the software vendors who sell to large enterprises that own and control how customers deploy software. In that can, I can surely say that enterprises are owned.

  • Emerging Architect Roles
Sadly, this list is incomplete but I wouldn't touch blogging on the distinctions within large enterprises except to say that the emergence of PowerPoint architects seems to be growing by leaps and bounds
