    Gartner argues that three of the four traditional pillars of work—the living wage, long-term relationships with loyal employers, and government- or company-provided pensions—have already gone the way of the dinosaurs, leaving only the 40-hour workweek which too will be reduced.     Vendors will hear from companies such as General Motors, The Boeing Co. and AOL about how they're trying to integrate various identity management systems into their operations yet these same entities aren't talking about how identity management isn't just a centralization ploy but downstream applications in the ECM, BPM, CRM, ERP, etc space also need to participate in the identity movement.
