Enterprise Architecture and Useless Truths
Business Executive: "Hey, do you know where I am?"
EA Standing on a balcony: "Yes, you are in a helicopter hovering 30 feet from this building between the 27th and 28th floor."
Business Executive: "You must be in I.T. Your response was technically accurate, but completely useless!"
EA: "And you must be in management. I gave you a detailed, accurate answer as best I could based on your vague specifications, and still I get chewed out for not reading your freakin mind!"
