Support James McGovern in Chicago
40 Year Old James McGovern who is a police officer in Chicago recently got arrested for silencing victims with threats. He is now free on $50,000 bond. He once told a victim: If you want to keep talking, we can make sure some dope or guns appear. I wonder what Vice Mayor James Tarbell thinks of this situation...
