Enterprise Architecture and how not to be agile!

When companies start advertising the fact that they are agile, run for the border...



If you clicked the hyperlink above, you would have noticed they took phrases from the agile manifesto. This of course is how they trap folks by starting off with something folks are familiar with. Since most folks truly have no clue on being agile, they ease one into the persavive thought of hybridism by suggesting the notion of Scrum checklists.

If folks truly had a clue, they would understand that agile is a set of values and not a methodology. Likewise, they would also understand that checklists can do nothing but encourage process over interactions. You will get what you deserve if you believe the hype...
