Vendors and Industry Analysts
Here are some things that I would absolutely love to see in upcoming industry analyst research reports...
It seems as if most enterprises still have tons of homework after talking with an industry analyst. Wouldn't it be wonderful if they could include in their research commonly asked questions or at least some of the concerns we may or may not consistently articulate?

- Safety - information pertaining to building or site disaster safeguards (fire, flood, etc) especially if the vendor will be hosting data
- Quality of Personnel - Information regarding length of time on the job for average employee, number of employees and their location and their technical expertise and years of experience
- Quality of Personnel - What industry certifications do employees hold, drug testing and background checks
