- Not only attempting to find the "best" methodology but to customize it to local customs even when they haven't tried to implement it in its pure form to know first hand what is wrong with it
- fixation on short-term return on investment (ROI). We all know that not all decisions are monetary
- Acceptance of the status quo. We've been doing this for a long time, so lets stay on course...
