Enterprise Portals, Infoworld and Gartner
Most open source projects tend to never get their due respect in the media. Some will say it is because open source projects don't know how to communicate. I have always believed it is really about which story is easier to tell? The story told by a well-dressed sales executive and all the wonderful things they do for their clients, or the story less told, the one of the poorly dressed architect in corporate America and all of the wonderful things they do for themselves but due to media relations policy ain't allowed to talk about it.
Today, open source is the easier story to tell and I hope that Gartner and Infoworld could start telling this story...
