Put Ruby at the Bottom of the Scripting Language List

For folks that will get it twisted, please read and memorize my disclaimer. Anyway, I ran across an interesting independent assessment of Ruby on Rails where the authors have documented the exact information I was looking for and they concluded that it should be dead last on the list.
